Iniabasi Leye
A Mindset Transformer, an Artist, Art Therapist, and a Sex Therapist
With years of experience in aiding the healing and recovery journeys of clients battling mental health challenges, as well as challenges in relationships and marriage, Iniabasi is most passionate about mental health and sex God’s way, working to improve the general wellbeing of clients psychologically, emotionally and spiritually.
Approach to therapy:
Iniabasi employs a heavy use of cognitive behavioural therapy. She utilizes an interdisciplinary combination of the arts, music, aroma and talk therapy to establish trust and security, as she works hand-in-hand with clients to reveal the source of behavioral patterns and the relationship with current challenges, whilst replacing them with more healthy patterns.

Her mission is to empower clients to achieve personal growth, mental well-being, and a greater sense of self-awareness. She believes in the power of a safe and non-judgmental space to explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Angela utilizes a client-centered cognitive based approach, tailoring her methods to meet each individual’s unique needs. Her therapeutic toolkit includes techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Angela works collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals and help them build resilience and coping skills.
